Working together

Clear answers and terms we stand behind.

Our own acquisition equity

The equity we invest is our own. There is no fund life, no outside investors waiting for distributions, and no deadline to sell. We’ll explain the funding and decision process for your transaction early.

90-day diligence period

From LOI to close, you can expect a 90-day period. We do much of our diligence upfront, try to only ask questions once, and focus on what’s most important to ensure a smooth process post-LOI.

Respect for your role

We’ll coordinate with you and respect the process agreed with your client. Please raise any separate referral or buyer-paid fee with us before making an introduction.

A clear next step

We’ll tell you whether we see a fit and what we need to learn next. If an opportunity falls outside our focus, we’ll say so directly.

Share an opportunity

Send us a business you think we should know.

A short overview is enough to start. It helps to include:

  • What the business does and where it operates.
  • Years in business and approximate team size.
  • Recent revenue and earnings, including adjustments for the owner’s role.
  • How much revenue comes from repeat customers.
  • The owner’s responsibilities and goals for a sale.
  • Your process and expected timing.

A teaser is welcome. We can discuss an NDA before reviewing confidential details.
